- We highly recommend having this Controller installed by a professional shop. Connections might need to be adjusted in order to connect all accessories on your bike, including throttle, brake levers, motor, etc.
- Warranty is valid only if installed by a professional e-bike shop, with a proof of receipt, installation photos, and tuning screenshots (time and date stamped). Warranty does not cover if wire Connectors are chopped, Controller scratched, damaged, or physically broken Controllers. Claims must be sent to Powerful Lithium for inspection; replacements are issued only if the Controller is non-repairable. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours with photo and video evidence.
